Audit and Review Engagements

When you become a Vine and Partners LLP client, you gain the benefit of timely and thorough financial statements, as well as regular access to our partners and managers. We offer a consistent experience from one fiscal year to the next, gaining in-depth knowledge and insight into your operations and becoming a trusted advisor to your business. We work across a wide range of industries, from start-ups to multi-national companies and have a deep pool of experience to address even the most complex accounting issues.

The core of our accounting services revolves around the issuance of financial statements. These can be issued under a variety of reports such as an audit, review or compilation. Regardless of the report issued, the financial statement is a valuable resource for all of our clients, providing a catalyst for the discussion of performance issues and business strategies for the next fiscal year.

Audited Statements
Audited financial statements provide the highest level of assurance and are necessary for a variety of reasons including banking requirements, dealership or franchisor agreements, public company shareholdings, or due to absentee shareholders.

Review Engagement Statements
Review engagements consist primarily of management inquiry and discussion as well as the performance of analytic procedures to determine the plausibility of the financial statement figures. Due to the nature of the testing, a review engagement offers less assurance than an audit but more assurance than a compilation.

Compilation Statements
Statements prepared under a compilation report offer no assurance. These statements are usually prepared when there are no banking or third party requirements and are typically used by small businesses for tax compliance.

Our team is ready and willing to work with you throughout the financial statement process. Our aim is to be as efficient as possible, minimize the interruption to the important task of running your business, and assist you in tracking and meeting your deadlines.
